Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms apply to services provided by Visa Bridge LTD ("VisaBridge", "we", "us"), 124 City Rd, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, and to your use of this website. By accepting an offer or paying, you agree to them.
1. Our service
VisaBridge provides visa, immigration and relocation support between Europe and Asia. We review your request, explain the available route, requirements, timeframe and total service fee, and, once you accept, handle the agreed process with our local partners. Availability depends on your nationality, destination, personal circumstances and current immigration rules.
2. We are not a law firm
VisaBridge is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice itself. Where legal services are required, they are provided by qualified local legal partners.
3. No guarantee of approval
Governments and immigration authorities make all final decisions. We cannot guarantee that any visa, permit or application will be approved, or how long a decision will take. Our timeframes are estimates.
4. Requests and offers
Sending a request is free and creates no obligation. Our offer sets out the service, documents required, expected timeframe and fixed service fee. An offer is based on the information you gave us; if it was incomplete or wrong, we may update the offer. Offers are valid for the period stated in them. A contract starts when you accept the offer and pay.
5. Fees and payment
- The service fee is the fixed amount in your offer.
- Government fees, embassy fees, translations, courier charges and other third-party costs are separate where applicable. We identify them before you proceed.
- Payment is made by Stripe payment link. You are not asked to pay before your request has been reviewed.
6. Your responsibilities
You must give accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents, respond promptly to requests, and follow instructions. Delays, refusals or extra costs caused by incorrect or missing information are not our responsibility. You are responsible for checking your travel requirements, passport validity and the legality of your travel.
7. Cancellations and refunds
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of accepting the offer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work during that period, you must pay for the work already done up to the time you cancel. Once the service has been fully provided, the right to cancel ends.
Government and third-party fees already paid on your behalf are generally non-refundable, and a visa refusal does not by itself entitle you to a refund of fees. Where we cannot deliver the agreed service for reasons within our control, we will refund the service fee for the part not delivered.
8. Free eSIM offer
Eligible tourist visa services include a free eSIM with 30GB of data valid for 30 days. Availability and compatibility depend on destination, device and partner terms. The offer has no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn.
9. Third parties and partners
We work with independent local partners. We take care in choosing them, but they are separate businesses and governments are independent authorities. We are not responsible for actions or decisions of authorities or for third-party websites and services.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by government decisions or delays, and our total liability for a service is limited to the service fee you paid for it.
11. Website use and intellectual property
The website content, logo and design belong to Visa Bridge LTD. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Website information is general and is not legal advice.
12. Complaints
If something goes wrong, email info@visabridge.online. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it fairly.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force when you accept an offer applies to that service. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although consumers may also have the right to bring claims in their home country.
